Emerging from Affordable Housing Month, I am reflecting on our community's efforts to build
and sustain affordable housing, as well as the challenges ahead.
The transit-oriented Pacific Station redevelopment project's final leg including 126 units of new affordable housing units kicked off Monday afternoon with a groundbreaking ceremony and site tour.
