reporter: okay, so here s the deal. we are a month out of this investigation, maybe more than a month, and not a single name of the suspect has been released. the fbi took over this investigation, and we just spoke to some border patrol agents who chose not to be identified, they re now saying the fbi is not even giving the border patrol information about these suspects. their big concern is that no one will ever be charged, because the fbi is not clear about who fired and who fired first. now, we ve covered a lot of these crimes over the years. we know by this time in the investigation, we always, almost certainly, have kind of a rundown from the authorities, the feds, about what happened, about what happened during the shooting, who fired the first shot, and kind of a setup of exactly how the whole thing went down. megyn, we ve gotten no information at all from the fbi on this, which is very unusual. on top of that, you have locals who live in nogales and along the border who say
