Advisor of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, Zhaleo Rio stressed on the need for up gradation of posts in the newly created districts in the state and suggested the departments to give the proposal for up gradation to the government.

Speaking at the reception programme held in his honour after taking over as the advisor of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs at the conference hall of the Directorate of Urban Development in Kohima on Thursday, Zhaleo highlighted the importance of the two departments and challenges. He, however, expressed confident that the departments would be able to serve the public diligently with the support and cooperation of the officers and staff.
