Permitted where restaurants are allowed to be opened. For background, as s. F. Planning presented, they consider virtual and gross kitchens to be catering uses. However, we know that those that some virtual and gross kitchens have previously sought permitted under mobile restaurants and food facilities, and the department is currently reviewing those definitions. Caterers are usually permitted in Industrial Areas of the restaurant. Limited restaurants are usually permitted in neighborhood commercial corridors. Virtual and gross kitchens are considered to not Exchange Money for services on the property. If a fastfood change wanted to open up their own kitchen, they would be principally permit today do so as a catering use. Dominica go ahead.
