Tulsa World Reports that at least three of bates supervisors were assigned reassigned after refusing to sign the training documents. The report does not say who asked the supervisors to allegedly falsify the records. The paper says the false records give bates credit for Field Training he never completed and firearm certifications he should have not gotten.
