JOHNSTOWN A Gloversville man who admitted to a residential burglary is going to spend a year in the Fulton County Correctional Facility.
Emmanuel J. Correa, 24, of 81 Washington St., Apt. 13, pleaded guilty Dec. 8 in Fulton County Court before Judge Polly A. Hoye to one count of third-degree burglary, as part of a plea arrangement.
Sentencing will be at a later date, but according to the plea, he is expected to receive a year in the county jail. He also must make restitution and an order of protection will be ordered for his victim.
Correa was arrested July 2 by Gloversville police at 4:21 p.m., charged with second-degree burglary.
