Dispatch. Two two officers showed up. They went to wake up the driver and both were standing on the drivers side. I depth hearing them say put the car in park. Put the car in park. I could the reverse lights go on and off, on and off. As they checked on his well being to see if he needed medical attention, the driver started to wake up, quickly put the car in reverse, knocking both officers down.
