Bill Hoffenberg joins Adler Industrial LLC as COO, CFO Bill Hoffenberg Bill Hoffenberg joined Adler Industrial LLC as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. He provides leadership, strategic oversight and financial expertise for Adler’s activities, including finance, accounting, development, property management, acquisitions and investor relations, as well as being one of the three members of the firm’s investment committee. Hoffenberg has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, including developing on-ground leased land. Before joining Adler, he was chief financial officer for The Sobrato Organization, a family-owned developer, owner and operator of commercial and multifamily real estate in Mountain View, California, with a commercial portfolio of over 8 million square feet and a multifamily portfolio of over 7,000 units. A note from the editor  Sharon Fisher The Legislature is back in town and one of the items they still need to tackle in the next two weeks or so is Gov. Brad Little’s request for transportation funding. We were fortunate to score a one-on-one with the Governor, conducted by our intrepid staff writer Catie Clark, with some in-depth information on his views on this important legislation. It will be interesting to see how the Legislature responds, and, if the Governor’s plan to peel off general fund dollars for transportation works, what sort of ramifications this will have for the future.
