The man arrested for the murder of Cape Town policeman Sergeant Malose Lebelo appeared in the Simon s Town Magistrate s Court.
Bazolele Hlekiso also faces a charge of illegal possession of a firearm.
Lebelo was shot dead and found outside a shop in Vrygrond near Muizenberg early on Sunday.
