Man in court for murder of Cape Town policeman

The man arrested for the murder of Cape Town policeman Sergeant Malose Lebelo appeared in the Simon's Town Magistrate's Court.  
Bazolele Hlekiso also faces a charge of illegal possession of a firearm.  
Lebelo was shot dead and found outside a shop in Vrygrond near Muizenberg early on Sunday.  
The man arrested for the murder of Cape Town policeman Sergeant Malose Lebelo appeared in the Simon's Town Magistrate's Court on Friday.   
Bazolele Hlekiso was apprehended on Tuesday and charged on Thursday.   
Further information on the fatal shooting was not made available. According to Hawks' spokesperson Zinzi Hani, Lebelo was found lying in the street in front of a shop in Disa Street in Vrygrond.
