Al, good to be with you today. It is of profound interest to the chinese and to us. They have a lot of tools that they will continue to grow but they have to make the right policy decisions. The challenge they have is the tradeoffs between reform and shortterm growth. I encourage them to stay on a reform agenda. Theres the market determining prices between domestic and international. Goods and services. They obviously have to worry about their situation. We all have to balance short and longterm decisions that we make. What they cannot do is treat the longterm reforms as something they can just put off. Property prices are falling and some experts say there is a prospect that china is in a bubble about to burst that will affect the global economy. Is that a real danger .
