The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has charged organisations and Human Resource (HR) professionals to explore good tactics to drive up employee engagement for optimal productivity.
President/Chairman of Governing Council, CIPM, Wale Adediran, gave the charge at the 42nd induction ceremony of the institute, held virtually. x
He charged the newly inducted members to put in their best to become the best HR Professionals and be ambassadors of the institute, while they continue to live the CIPM code of conduct and core values in all their professional and personal dealings.
Speaking on the theme, ‘The Role of Employee Engagement in the Future of HR’, HR Business Partner, Airtel Nigeria, Mrs. Adebimpe Ayo-Elias, said for an organisation to be successful, the role of employee engagement could not be overemphasised.
