Guwahati: The Personnel (Administration) Department of the Assam Government on Wednesday carried out another round of major reshuffle of IAS officers of the state. Among the 20 changes done, some have been given additional charges while some have been relieved of additional duties and some have been promoted.
Here is the list of 20 officers according to the notification:
1. Paban Kumar Borthakur, IAS (RR-1989), Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development and Cultural Affairs Department is also posted as Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Tourism Department as additional charge.

The Elections Department on Monday presented awards across various categories to reward efforts to enhance elector engagement in the democratic process as part of the National Voters’ Day celebrations.
The theme set by the the Election Commission of India for the 11th National Voters’ Day across the country was “Electoral Literacy for Stronger Democracy”.
