The man is in the hospital in stable condition and one officer was hurt in that confrontation. A followup now to a deadly hit and run in fremont this summer and prosecutors have charged the driver in the crash that killed a 28yearold worker riding his bike to work and 25yearold vargas struck the victim at 5 00 in the morning august 28th and drove off.
