CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its CRISIL A/Stable rating to combined bank facilities of Adani Power Limited after the scheme of amalgamation came into effect on March 7, 2023.
The Hon ble Supreme Court has pronounced its judgment dismissing an appeal filed by MSEDCL challenging an order passed by the Hon ble Appellate Tribunal for Electricity on 14th September 2020 in favour of Adani Power Maharashtra Ltd.
Adani Power Ltd has signed SPPAs with Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited and Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited in respect of its two existing Power Purchase Agreements of net contracted capacity of 712 MW each.
