Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) president Sharad Pawar on Saturday said he is not completely opposed to a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe into the charges against the Adani group, but a Supreme Court committee will be more useful and effective.
NCP MLA Ajit Pawar said that he had cancelled his programmes because he was suffering from ‘acidity’ and slammed the TV reports for speculating that he had gone incommunicado.
"Why are you scared of a JPC on Adani? You have a two-thirds majority in the Parliament, then why are you scared? This means that something is awry," Kharge said.
