The company, based in Denver, grew out of O Neil s experience as a landlord and property manager.
When P.J. O Neil noticed the challenges small landlords had paying their mortgages with unpredictable rental income, he knew that a model adopted from his employer, Opendoor, could help. That solution, Nomad, emerges from stealth on Wednesday, with the aim of offering landlords guaranteed rent in return for a few percentage points of their rental income.
O Neil got his start in real estate as a small-time landlord, buying one Denver property with his first bonus check. When work brought him away from Denver, a search for a property manager eventually led O Neil to start his own property management business with his mom and brother.

Thursday morning, 77-year-old Joyce Jozwicki from Brookline went online to hunt for a vaccination appointment, and she found one at Fenway Park. This was at 10:45 in the morning, she says. The appointment was for 10:48. I said, Who cares, let’s go! It’s only a mile away. And I grabbed my husband, and we jumped in the car.
Jozwicki had lucked into one of the very first appointments as the iconic baseball park is turned into a coronavirus vaccination venue. And she booked it at a time when many seniors have experienced frustration over the bumpy rollout of the state s vaccination sign up system. The first shots for Massachusetts residents aged 75 and older don t officially begin until Monday.
Chelsea confirm Tuchel’s coaching staff as three join alongside new head coach

Thomas Tuchel has brought just two coaches with him to Chelsea, which is a rather small number given some of our recent head regime changes Antonio Conte, Maurizio Sarri, and Frank Lampard all practically revamped the entire backroom.
The new faces alongside Tuchel are assistants Arno Michels and Zsolt Lőw, as well as data analyst Benjamin Weber. All three have worked with the new Chelsea head coach for several years now, across multiple appointments.
Michels, who is several years older, has been with Tuchel since the very start, from Mainz (2009-14) through Borussia Dortmund (2015-17) and PSG (2018-20). The 53-year-old played in the German regional divisions throughout the 90s before going into coaching and becoming Tuchel’s right-hand-man over the past decade.
