Passengers aboard an International Flight from south africa to hong kong got a frightening reminder of how unfriendly the friendly skies can really be. It happened when a plane hit a patch of turbulence so severe, 20 people were injured. Heres matt gutman. Reporter turbulence. These are images of the overhead compartments.
