Police shot and killed him friday night in an atlanta drivethrough, seen through live in our shot. As protestors gathered at the wendys restaurant where it happened, the fallout was swift. Not even 24 hours after the fatal shooting, the Atlanta Police chief stepped down. Overnight, we learned the officer who shot brooks, garrett rolfe, was fired. Earlier here on cnn, the District Attorney says hes weighing murder charges for that officer.
