hillary clinton, if she wants people to be quiet about 2016, it s not working. she i have not seen a situation where four years ahead of time a party has had such a clear nonincumbent front-runner for a nomination. and part of it cuts against i think one of the most misunderstood things about the last cycle which there was so legitimate he can assignment about barack obama, many people forget that was a 51-49 primary. not only the base that believed in her that time around but then what is accruing is that she is loyal to president obama and deserves a shot if we get there. ari melber, thank you for joining me tonight. thanks. next, who is the most influential person in american
in iowa, they released an iowa poll that showed for the first time, right track, the majority of iowans think the country s on the right track but that s because of an improving economy and that is accruing to the president in a way that would have hurt him 6 weeks ago, it is not hurting him as badly now. i think people think things are improving. chris: but nationally, brit, people by a wide margin, like two-thirds of the country thinks the country s on the wrong track. once again, we have this discrepancy, state level differences from national sentiment. we see it in the polling in the horse race numbers and so forth. we are about to find out whether the state-level sentiments measured with relatively small samples of voters, turn out to be correct. i think it s unlikely that, you know, it s hard to imagine, as a political journalist, that all of these many polls are off.
it is unfair. it is unlawful. it is against the laws of nature. it is accruing for itself power we never gave. neil: i will put you down as not liking this. judge napolitano: mildly. neil: i could make a point, a stretch of a point, to say in schools, maybe. but now you are in my home. judge napolitano: the government with like to get in our homes. petroleum did not go help to government unless you are ron paul to shrink it but to use the power to regulate human behavior. some believe they are regulating human behavior if the good. others just do not agree. neil: the good argument is we get thinner, healthy, and the health care costs go down. judge napolitano: that is the argument. judge napolitano: the same federal government that cannot deliver the meal to our homes

i think they will. i think we ll print more money over here. the problem is the more money you print and try to paper over the problems with more debt, the more painful the ending is going to be. this little, default that we had in greece is going to be a bigger default that we see out of italy or spain coming up. are you saying italy and spain will default at some point in the future? are you saying that? i don t see any way around italy faul defaulting or spain defaults. they re not growing. they re deteriorating the same time the debt is accruing. japan is on worse shape than the european countries. we ve got serious financial issues facing the global economy for several years. i 15 seconds. do you want to tell me when italy, spain defaults? years, months, what is it? i think it depends on how much money they p
