The santa claras public defender and other attorneys gathered 200 signatures in support of judge persky opposing the recall. New accusations that the Gilroy School district is failing to protect its students against what they are calling a predatory teacher. Attorney Gloria Allred made the accusations moments ago claiming the number of victims is going up. Nbc bay areas Damian Trujillo with the latest. Some marin county parents thought their kids are going out to an outing in San Francisco, instead, they were planning a party with alcohol and drugs. They got tips on monday by a caller who says the party bus leaves the terminal filled with minors. The bus had about 40 juveniles on it with alcohol and drugs.
