Three columbian students have been killed. Janelle burrell is live with more this morning. Janelle . Reporter three of the female students will not be returning back here to campus when classes resume here next week. The three women were on this medical mission in honduras when they were on their bus, on their way back to the airport to return home and it crashed. The overturned bus, mangled, its windows shattered after falling more than 250 feet down a ravine, crashing with a group of medical volunteers inside. Olivia, a 20yearold sophomore, daniella, a 21year old junior at barnard college, the all Womens College that is old abigail, a Nurse Practitioner, also a student with the general studies program, all killed from the impact. Earlier: Provided Monday s snowstorm is as severe as expected, winter 2020-21 is on track to be the snowiest in Des Moines in at least five years. The storm could bring 10 to 14 inches of snow to Des Moines. By Tuesday, even the minimum forecast by the National Weather Service  7 inches  would put it ahead of the total for three of the four winters preceding this one. After that, just average snowfall in February, March and April would put it ahead of the very snowy winter of 2018-19, when Des Moines saw a total of 48.8 inches, according to National Weather Service records.
