It was pulling 23 cars at the time of the derailment. They are asking everyone to stay away from the scene for obvious reasons. In new jersey, Wildwood Police have opened an investigation after a Police Officer was involved in an incident caught on camera. Bob brooks is live at the Wildwood Police department. It appears that a wildwood officer punches a man in the face was it justified that is under investigation, we have the video of of it happening. Lets take a look. It happens quick. The person recording the video zooms in and before you know it the man is on the ground. The Wildwood Police officer appears to strike him in the face and he goes down and is cuffed. Another look this time in slow motion it happened at the intersection of new jersey avenue and roberts avenue, the man and the Police Officer appear to be having a confrontation.
