(ABC 6 NEWS) - Jury selection in the Derek Chauvin trial begins next Monday. The former Minneapolis police officer is facing charges of second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison took over the case at the request of Gov. Tim Walz and increased Chauvin s charged to second-degree murder. How he has to prove it in a court of law.
