the outburst. he eventually pleaded guilty to public intoxication, public swearing and he was arrest. he didn t even know that a woman had arrested him. he did not remember being tazed that night. i can t understand how you can t remember being tazed. she said, he kept saying, i ll kill you all. i told him he needed to comply with my orders. that he was only making the situation worse. huguely comes from a wealthy family. he spent his high school years here. the head master told wjz, our hearts go out to all of the families involved in this terrible incident. we ask that you remember them in your thoughts and prayers. it s just so shocking. you know, to have a death at a school, let alone a murder. reporter: police are also looking into whether huguely threatened her before her death. and whether or not he had been drinking. it may not have come to the attention of authorities that could have taken the appropriate action. we ll have new legal analysis coming
