The new music from Omarion continues! He released the “Big Vibez” two weeks ago and now he’s back with the groovy record “Serious”. The new single is produced by veteran R&B producer Greg Curtis and brings Omarion into the traditional R&B space where he’s excelled years.
The song is set to appear on Omarion’s sixth solo album “Full Circle: Sonic Book One” which has a release date of May 5th. The project will be his first project since “The Kinection” which came out in October 2020.

Jai’Len Josey is one of the most unique and impressive talents we’ve come across from the new generation’s group of artists. Her music is packed with everything we look for in an R&B act: great songwriting, insane vocals, and real instrumentation. With the ability to produce, write and sing her own music, Jai’Len is an all around triple threat. Songs like “All Mine”, “When We Jump”, and “Good Soup” are the perfect showcase of these skills.
Fresh off of opening for Ari Lennox’s age/sex/location tour (who she penned hits “Pressure”, “Stop By” and “Gummy” for), Jai’Len is getting ready to release her second EP titled Southern Delicacy this Friday (April 14th). She shared with us who she worked with on this second EP, what she learned from her time on Broadway as Pearl in Spongebob Squarepants: The Broadway

Hip-Hop Soul legend Musiq Soulchild gave us an album of the year contender when he released his new project “Victims & Villains” last month. The collaborative project with producer Hit-Boy is not only one of his best albums, but one of the best you’ll hear all year.
We had a chance to catch up with him once again for an interview. During our conversation, he talked about his process for creating the album with Hit-Boy, some of the standout songs on “Victims & Villains”, evolving his Hip-Hop Soul sound, and much more.

Musiq Soulchild: I think it was just as a surprise to me as it was to you guys. There wasn’t this long drawn out process of recording. I got approached to make an album last September. And here we are, it’s out. T
Hailey Kilogore has been really grabbing our attention these last few months with the recent release of her EP “Desire and Devotion” (co-executive produced by Adam Blackstone) and her handful of singles that came out before that. Known for the role of Ti Moune on the Broadway show Once on This Island and as Jukebox on Power Book III: Raising Kanan, this singer/songwriter is now tackling a new journey of becoming an independent artist.
Although clearly an accomplished actress and individual already (she’s been nominated for a Tony Award after all), it’s now Hailey Kilogore’s time to shine as the powerhouse vocalist and songwriter she is. With songs like “Three” and “Miss U” that provide 90’s/2000’s nostalgia while keeping it fresh, Hailey is quickly becoming one of our favorite female R&B acts. Bringing back storytelling and emotion in her music through her lyrical content and vocal ability, it’s no wonder why
