that the president had committed crimes and referre that to the doj. so we will see their job is different than th committee s job. they have to find probable cause, and with this case, the high profile i have every confidence that they will proceed only if they think they can prove thi without beyond a reasonabl doubt. representative, as a member of the january six committee you had issued and looked into various subpoenas. and as you know, the republica leadership i think you have th same for the manhattan da alvi bragg. what do you think he should do and what do you think th response might be as they look to investigate the investigato here well, what they are doing i obviously trying to interfer in a criminal prosecution, which is entirely improper they have no jurisdiction to d this this is undersea law so, i don t believe that mr. brag will appear, and i don think he would ever be compelled to hear by the
