(File photo) MANILA - Following two millionaires on Friday, a lone bettor bagged the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) lottery jackpot prize, winning over PHP65 million in the Grand Lotto 6/55 draw on Saturday night. The lucky bettor guessed the winning combination of 39-29-09-21-19-20 for the jackpot prize of PHP65,991,571, according to an advisory Sunday. The ticket was purchased in Tabaco City, Albay. The bettor can claim his cheque at PCSO's main office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning ticket and two identification cards. As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than PHP10,000 shall be subject to a 20-percent tax. In an interview on Thursday, PSA-Iloilo Chief Statistical Specialist Nelida Amolar said they achieved 102.72 percent of their 1,571,029 target as of Dec. 31, 2021. "It is 64 percent of the 2020 population," she said. The 2020 population of Iloilo, based on PSA data, was at 2,509,525.
