BATON ROUGE - Though a number of COVID-19 related restrictions have eased across the state, Louisiana State University is keeping at least one restriction in place.
The university announced Thursday that its mask mandate will remain as is.
In a release to the LSU community, the institution s interim president, Tom Galligan, stated, On Tuesday, the Governor announced that he is removing the mask mandate in many of its particulars, but we have decided, in an abundance of caution, to keep the mask mandate in place at this time.
