was worse in 2010, than it was the year before. and that is staggering. and there s a good chance it gets worse in the coming year. unfortunately, i hate to say that, the problem is, look at home prices and the latest number that came out, home prices are still dropping in many areas and when your home price is worth less, it is less revenue, your municipalities are bringing in, because, a big source of the revenue is real estate taxes, so, you will see a higher foreclosure, less money coming into the cities and the local governments and then what happens. bill: it is a great point, the still struggling areas, means they take in less income because the market has not improved. what about the unions? what are they willing to do? what do the leaders of the areas across the country ready to ask in return? well, i think the unions have to take a step back and look at their compensation. many union members are compensated, very well compared to the private sector and the problem is, t
