A police officer was shocked when, around 4:00 this morning, she heard an urgent knock at her door in Camalote village. When she opened it, she was face to face with her pregnant neighbor who was in labor and needed help getting to the hospital.

But when we spoke to PC Lopez, she told us that the mobile didn t get there in time, and that her 25-year-old neighbor needed urgent assistance since her water had already broken.
