3-day online faculty development program on Training Needs Analysis hosted by SCERT J&K- Jammu concludes

Jul 4, 2021 The welcome address was presented by Joint Director, SCERT J&K Jammu Surinder Kumar. The program aimed at developing the knowledge and skills among the DIET faculty regarding the analysis of needs of the training process before conducting a training program, which may help in increasing employee’s involvement in their job and therefore increasing the job satisfaction and achieving the learning outcomes of any training programs. The program was a blend of theoretical and practical experiences involving discussions, resource lectures, interactive sessions, group activities, etc. Fifty officers from 10 DIETs of Jammu division, 5 from each attended this program. Top party officials and MPs from Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), Ford Kenya, Amani National Congress (ANC) and United Democratic Alliance (UDA) have pitched tent in the two constituencies to drum up support for their candidates ahead of the Thursday polls.
