Three-time MVP Aaron Rodgers reportedly wants out of Green Bay By Blake Harper | Last updated 4/29/21
Despite winning his third MVP and nearly reaching his second Super Bowl with Green Bay last season, Aaron Rodgers is reportedly not interested in returning to the Packers for the 2021 season.
Sources told ESPN s Adam Schefter that Rodgers is so disgruntled with the Green Bay Packers that he has told some within the organization that he does not want to return to the team.
According to Schefter, the team is aware of his feelings, with team president Mark Murphy, general manager Brian Gutekunst and head coach Matt LaFleur all flying out separately to meet with Rodgers to discuss his frustrations.

Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch, the San Francisco 49ers decision makers, have completely flummoxed me with their titanic trade to move from No. 12 to No. 3 in the upcoming NFL Draft. I have my reservations about the price the Niners paid in moving up, but more than that, this simply has to be the most fascinating pre-draft trade in recent league history. Previously, San Francisco had a roster that many feel could have contended in the long-term even without a world-beater at quarterback. That’s exactly what happened in 2020, of course, as Garoppolo, Kittle, and Bosa al
Trevor Lawrence will be the first-overall pick. Zach Wilson is expected to go second.
After that, it’s wide open.
A lot can change over the final few hours before commissioner Roger Goodell steps to the podium, and trades make accurately predicting the final order that much more difficult.
Based on all of the information available right now, here is how I think the 2021 NFL Draft will play out.
1. Jacksonville Jaguars: QB Trevor Lawrence, Clemson
Lawrence is -20000 to go first overall. Congratulations to the Jaguars’ new franchise quarterback.
2. New York Jets: QB Zach Wilson, BYU
Once they decided the second quarterback on the board has a higher ceiling than what they had on their roster, the Jets traded Sam Darnold to the Carolina Panthers. Wilson is -5000 to go second overall.
