Kevin McPhail and Liam Maloney, both listed in court papers as inmates at Low Moss prison, previously pleaded guilty to a series of charges relating to incidents on Saturday November 21. McPhail, 34, was on bail from Glasgow Sheriff Court when he was caught with an 18-inch machete and a hatchet in Whitecrook Street. He also failed to provide two specimens of breath to officers when taken to Clydebank police office. Maloney, 22, was the subject of three bail orders – one granted just three days earlier – when he stole fuel from the BP filling station on Glasgow Road, Clydebank.
