His argument is wrong. It is also highly objectionable on several counts.

The infamous ban of sale of beef in Maharashtra may be overturned by the Supreme Court s judgement on Right to Privacy, an agency report said.
Right to Privacy judgement will have some bearing in matters related to possession of beef in Maharashtra, SC said on Friday, according to PTI.
The apex court on Thursday gave a landmark judgment wherein it ensured rights to privacy to 1.25 billion Indians.
