Jason Henderson Is A Warrior Of Hope, Insisting ‘Love Reaches Out’
WASHINGTON As a 20-year physical therapist in Washington, D.C., Jason Henderson has worked with many disabled people.
But there is another reason why shaking Henderson’s hand feels like squeezing a brick. In a Southeast Washington church, twice a week, Henderson becomes the Sensei for a group of young men.
There, he uses martial arts to help them cope with autism.
“Love reaches out. My love reaches out!” sang Henderson during a recent demonstration he held with some of his students. “I play that song because it is featured in my new film about how martial arts can benefit kids with autism. And how important it is for me, as the CEO of a health-care company, to give back to the community.”

This week, I want to talk about a young lady from Baltimore, Eunice Moseley who I have worked with for over 20 years at The Baltimore Times newspaper. Moseley is a syndicated entertainment columnist, singer and president of Freelance Associates, a public relations and business management consulting firm that she moved to Long Beach, California. Kimberly Davis as its chief financial officer.
Davis previously served as the chief accounting officer for Versant Health, where she was responsible for GAAP and statutory reporting, as well as compliance, treasury functions and support for financial initiatives and strategies. Prior to joining Versant Health in 2018, Davis served as senior vice president and corporate controller for Jensen Hughes.
Davis brings more than 10 years of senior financial leadership experience to her role. As CFO, Davis will be critical to continuing integration of Versant Health into MetLife’s overall product portfolio, supporting all Versant Health growth initiatives and driving financial success.

Cassidy is a retired Marine who served for 23 years and has decided to come home to the Ohio Valley and serve the community he grew up in. While traveling around the world, he purchased and sold multiple personal homes. While serving in the Marines he was responsible for mentoring young Marines with new families in responsible financing as a command financial specialist, which included home and car buying, investing and general financial matters.
A 1996 graduate of Indian Creek High School, Cassidy joined the Marines and attended University of Maryland University College, earning a business management degree. He has completed other professional leadership development courses including Lean Six Sigma, command financial specialist, instructional delivery continuum and journeyman instructor training.
