They were undocumented immigrants with no water or air conditioning who appear to be victims of what one federal prosecutor called ruthless human smugglers. San Antonio Police discovered the 18wheel truck in a walmart parking lot overnight. They were tipped off by an employee after someone from the truck had approached the store to ask for water.
