A Stoke-on-Trent community pub is now under new management.
The Sea Lion, on Anchor Terrace, Longton, has been a staple in the local community for many years.
Owner Mike Newton bought the pub with his cousin James Knowles last year to save it from closure.

According to sociologists Stewart Emory Tolnay and EM Beck, who wrote A Festival of Violence , Michael Donald was different from some lynching victims. According to them, he was not accused of committing a crime or thought to have breached racial etiquette.
