WEST FARGO West Fargo may soon consider building a new City Hall and library, which would allow the police department and municipal court to inhabit the current City Hall.
At the West Fargo Library Board meeting, City Administrator Tina Fisk told the board she would likely request the City Commission hire an architect to begin studying the feasibility and possible design of a building that would serve as City Hall and the library. City Hall currently shares space with the West Fargo Police Department and municipal court at 800 4th Ave. E.

MOORHEAD Heather Nesemeier will be the new Moorhead City Council member representing Ward Two in the south-central part of the city for the next 20 months.
The 38-year-old was selected on a 4-3 vote over Dave Marquardt, the other finalist out of six candidates. Evan Balko was also nominated.
An office and administrative specialist at Minnesota State University Moorhead, Nesemeier is an incredibly hardworking, incredibly driven individual who cares deeply about her community, said council member Deb White in nominating her for the position.
