Kristi Toliver scored a game-high 22 points and the host Los Angeles Sparks raced to a 23-point halftime lead on their way to a 98-63 victory against the Indiana Fever on Thursday night.
Te a Cooper added 15 points, Bria Holmes and Erica Wheeler had 14 each, and Nia Coffey had 13 for the Sparks (3-3), who shot 56.1 percent from the floor and 50 percent on 3-pointers. The Sparks won for the third time in four games despite being short-handed.

Washington DC [US], June 1 (ANI): Michael Flynn, former national security adviser in the Trump administration, appeared to suggest that a Myanmar-style coup, in which the military overthrew a democratically elected government, should happen in the US.
Flynn made the remarks while speaking at the event, title For Godand Country Patriot Roundup, in Dallas, Texas on Sunday, which was attended by many supporters of the QAnon conspiracy theory.
According to CNN, for months, QAnon and Trump-supporting online forums have celebrated the deadly military coup in Myanmar and suggested the same should happen in the United States so Donald Trump could be reinstated as President.
Poor sleep may affect academic achievement for children

Washington [US], May 31 (ANI): A new research has found that poor sleep health may disproportionately affect children of colour from families of low socioeconomic status and place them at risk for behaviour problems and lower academic performance.
However, few sleep studies utilise standard measures of both classroom behaviour and academic achievement.
The findings of the study were published in a Child Development article, written by researchers at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and the University of Texas at Austin.
The new longitudinal study examined the relationship between sleep, classroom behaviour, and academic achievement scores among primarily Black children growing up in historically disinvested neighbourhoods.
