1 MANAMA, Bahrain Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Bahrain hosted a virtual Lean Six Sigma workshop for military, civilian, and foreign national personnel, April 26.
The workshop taught the fundamental knowledge and methodology of the Lean Six Sigma program, enabling participants to improve work performance and productivity to support command missions and increase customer satisfaction with fully developed projects.
Jacqueline Adams, the command continuous process improvement (CPI) champion of NAVSUP FLC Bahrain, coached a diverse group that included personnel from NAVSUP FLC Bahrain and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Bahrain.
