The Mira Bhayandar-Vasai Virar (MBVV) police officials raided a hookah joint in Mira Road on Wednesday night and registered cases against nearly 15 people. In continuance with their action against illegal and immoral activities in the twin-cities, the Mira Bhayandar police raided Shisha Lounge Hookah Parlour, operating from the ground floor of Rashmi Park building in Sheetal Nagar area. The police had got a tip-off that the place was illegally serving banned tobacco-based hookah in the name of herbal hookah and risking people’s lives.
