XPO board approves spin-off of brokerage business

XPO's Board of Directors approved the spin-off, which will create two separate companies -- a truckload freight broker (RXO) and an LTL trucking company (XPO). Also: Great Dane recalls trailers; Geodis expands in U.S. with new acquisition.
