So far no arrests and police have yet to find a weapon at the scene. Meanwhile Philadelphia Police are trying to figure out how an eightyearold accidentally shot himself in the foot. Family members telling investigators thats where the boy found a gun inside a bag but despite the crowded park police say they still cannot find a weapon. Crime scene or any witnesses. Theyre checking out the 6300 block of north 21st street where family members brought the boy after the incident. The boy does have a broken foot but is expected to be okay. Toll hike will bring in about 12 million more per year. Money to replace the bridge deck of the burlingtonbristol brid bridge.
