Neil became frustrated and leave the school and drove through town shooting people randomly. The entire town on lock down for 20 minutes until the Police Caught up with the shooter. And it resulted in the shooters death. Neils mother says he called her a few days earlier and said its all over now and im on a cliff there is nowhere to go.
