Developing this afternoon, jurors in the federal bribery trial of new jersey senator bob menendez were sent home for the day. This after they told the judge they were deadlocked. The deliberations resumed early this morning but by midafternoon, the panel sent a note to judge william wall stating that they could not reach a unanimous decision. The judge then told them to clear their heads and come back tomorrow to resume deliberations. Last week juror was replaced and the panel was instructed to start deliberations from the very beginning. Prosecutors say menendez accepted more than 600,000 in political contributions. The trial is now in its 11th week. Officers began pursuing a white car along maryland avenue just before 10 oclock. That vehicle smashed into another car, then careened into a telephone pole and hit several parked cars. The driver jumped out and took off but was caught a short time later. Police are still looking for a passenger who managed to get away. Its still unclear why authorities were pursuing this car in the first place. Philadelphia Police Looking for two suspects accused of injuring a Convenience Store worker with a car. Visibilitywise were at 6 miles in philadelphia, 3mile visibility with some of that patchy fog around wilmington, even lower than that by even half of that in millville, 1. 5, 1. 3 in cape may and a bit better, the best visibility you can get is 10 miles and we are seeing that up in reading as well as allentown. But as we move forward temperaturewise, again, very cool, 47 for allentown, trenton as well as beach haven, 45 philadelphia so all numbers basically stuck in that mid 40 range basically where weve been the entire day. As we look at storm tracker6 live double scan we dont have any steady rain fall out there. That is long gone into new england. Again, just some patchy mist and drizzle in some spots and well start to improve that as we go into the latter part of the overnight hours but rainfall totals early on in the day, basically its about a quarter of an inch for most locations. For philadelphia, trenton, a little bit less than that and reading, dover a little more and closing in near a half an inch in wildwood so some heavier amounts as you were farther and down south and east away from philadelphia but a pretty decent little soaking quickly here early this morning. As we look at satellite and radar, above that fog layer, which is low clouds kind of stuck there right now, we are breaking apart mid and upper level clouds, so its clear not too far above us right now in new jersey, western pennsylvania, but its going to take time to scour out that low level moisture and will slowly do that overnight tonight with those clouds breaking. Areas of fog still around but cold, 29 in allentown, below freezing for reading, trenton, philadelphia 34, 32 in millville and dover 34 degrees. As we look at future tracker as we go at the present hours again, those clouds still around but as you can see they do break apart here in time for our tuesday morning. This is 7 30 a. M. With just some high clouds in spots and as we go through the day tomorrow, much brighter than today and warmer. 35 a chilly start but we go back into the upper 40s by 11 oclock in the morning and near 50 for a good part of the afternoon and by 7 oclock tomorrow evening around 44. All right, vernon, thank you. The man accused of shooting a Pennsylvania State trooper is now out of the hospital and behind bars. The hospital confirmed to action news today that daniel clary was released today. The 22yearold was in the hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound he sustained in a shootout with Corporal Seth Kelly last week. Police say clary shot Corporal Kelly three times during a traffic stop in plainfield township. That trooper is listed in stable condition. Police in manayunk asking for the publicsacking down a man who broke into a Verizon Store last month. This is the Surveillance Video on the 4300 block of main street back on october 27. You can see the suspect force open the front door, then try to get into a safe in the back. The would be burglar left empty handed after several unsuccessful attempts. Well, investigators are also looking for an apparent thief caught stealing a package from a strangers front door. Police gave us this video showing a man approaching a home on the 4300 block of malta street in juniata park this back on november 1st. You then see him scoop up an amazon package valued at 105 and then he walks away. If you have any information about this theft or the versus break in, call philadelphia police. Thousands are expected to rally tonight calling on the judge who sentenced Rapper Meek Mill in prison to reconsider or recuse herself. The judge says philadelphia the group says the philadelphia judge Denise Brinkley engaged in what they call a pattern of unethical behavior. She sentenced mill to a lengthy two two to four year sentence for a probation violation despite prosecutors recommendation he not face any jail time. As we look at sky6 live over center city, just an hour ago you couldnt see much of the tallest of the center city buildings, so you are starting to see a little more of that as that low lying moisture is trying to lift a little bit but, its been very stubborn here this afternoon, so now that the sun is about to set in the next 10 minutes or so, so use caution during the evening commute or if you have to head out this evening, once that sun sets, cause of areas of fog and widespread mist, that sun setting at 4 46, youll definitely want to use the low beams, not the high beams cause as you send more light out, if theres clouds or mist there it will reflect more light back to your eyes. The child ready to hit send on something a friendly chat box scans it and pops up a warning asking if they want to think again here, anything from messages to texts to pics so social media posts. It looks for anything explicit even things that may be too personal. The app can send alert to many parents but the aim here is to get the youngsters to watch their own behavior. Finally frisbee may be one of your childhood hobbies or something you bring along to the beach or a picnic but in vermont, its now officially a varsity sport. Its now the first state in the nation to recognize whats called ultimate. The game that started as ultimate frisbee is now a High School Varsity sport there. The Vermont Principals Association approved ultimate as a varsity sport its played on a field slightly smaller than a football field, seven people to a team. A warm front comes through late in the day, partly sunny, near normal, 53 degrees so not bad midweek. Cold front does come through on thursday with a few showers early on in the day. Were talking 4 oclock in the morning, closer towards the Lehigh Valley, most of the area is dry and then as we go into thursday afternoon the sunshine takes control and it will be the warmest day of the week as we go a little bit above normal here in a few days. You know the music app that identifies song for you. Does the same with clothes shoes accessories. You see something you like, you take a screen shot. The app does all of the Online Shopping searches for you and it rounds up a list of similar products in different price points from all different stores. You can even use this in a store, say, you walk into one you like a skirt but its not in your budget. Take a picture. The app will find a host of similar options from all different places at all different prices. Theres another app called like it to know it and this works in a similar way. This one also uses screen shots but instead of finding similar styles it actually finds you the exact items that you like in the pictures. With this service you can also sign up to get emails with all the shopping info just for liking or hearting the picture on instagram so shopping you guys has in ever been easy. The murder of 37yearold man here over the weekend was the third murder here outside the club since january 2015. Reporter 37yearold pablo rivera was shot and killed here early sunday morning. It was the third murder outside the club since 2015. There was an argument an argument ensued and i guess they asked him to come out, im not sure who and when he came out, he was shot. Reporter a 24yearold innocent bystander was also wounded. A Club Security guard shot the suspect who was immediately arrested. The story is all too familiar to the family of 34yearold Alejandro Rojas garcia. He was murdered outside the a lounge in january 2015.
