JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Industrial Development Agency continues to be involved in sewer work and projects in and around the developing Tryon Technology Park in Perth.
The IDA board on Tuesday continued discussion on a plugged sewer that was discovered in June at Tryon.
IDA Executive Director James Mraz updated the board on the situation, noting that Adirondack Septic was hired and rerouted sewer flow around the plugged line. The work was completed, but the plugged main needs to be repaired.
At its Nov. 10 meeting, the IDA board authorized execution of an agreement with Pareene Contracting to replace the entire section of sewer main between two manholes, and replace two sewer plug valves.
