Woman admits to manslaughter charge in fatal shooting of boyfriend outside Abington restaurant

Kiaera M. Briggs, 33, of the 7000 block of Rising Sun Boulevard, wept as she pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court on Monday to a charge of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the March 7, 2022, fatal shooting of Harvey Harris outside the Wendy’s restaurant on Huntington Pike.
