A Maroochydore woman accused of draining $10,000 from her ex-partner's superannuation sat in the back of a courtroom, coughing and throwing up into a bag until her matter was heard.
Amy Melissa Dobinson, 28, appeared visibly unwell, with a vomit bag in hand, as she faced court on drug and fraud-related charges.
Ms Dobinson was arrested in early November after she allegedly swindled $10,000 from her former partner.
Maroochydore CIB officer in charge Daren Edwards said it was believed the woman used her ex-partner's identification to open a bank account.
