Five cooling towers have tested positive in the south bronx. All within a 10 block radius of each other, officials say. All cooling towers will be infected and the state wants to help with that. While legionnaires seems to be under control, the relationship between Governor Cuomo and mayor bill de blasio is still looking for stabilizastabiliza tion.
